At this year’s Milan Design Week 2026, Leicht showcased an elegant Kitchen installation at the Museo Poldi Pezzoli in the heart of the city. The exhibition was titled “Art is now” and illustrated how Leicht Kitchens can fit seamlessly into their architectural surroundings.
The Orangery at the Museo Poldi Pezzoli provided the perfect frame for this contemporary kitchen design which centred around a free-standing island block made of Rosso Lepanto marble.
The island acts as both a visual anchor and a social focal point within the space. The generous bar-top adds a social dimension to the island and creates a seamless transition between functionality and entertainment.

The deep red natural stone with its lively veining gives depth and character to the kitchen, creating a seamless dialogue between the modern installation and its historic surroundings.
