We’re very excited to be exhibiting works from up & coming creatives Lisa Lloyd & Dan Poole during Artweeks here in Old Marston from the 3rd-11th of May.
Lisa’s work involves upholstery, multi-disciplinary art pieces & photography.
Working with both private & commercial clients, she provides a bespoke service creating unique one-off pieces of furniture, taking the old & highly restoring into redefined pieces. She is one of the Cotswolds leading designers whose background involved working with the Queen mother’s couture designer Roy Allen, & with years of fashion and photography experience is ‘’Wide Awake And Not Afraid’’.
Dan’s work involves “Transforming the ordinary into extraordinary” using upcycled copper & forgotten everyday items to create bespoke lamps, “exuding character & warmth making it not only a functional light source but also a piece of artwork perfect for any home, every material used has a back story, once part of a forgotten purpose now reimagined to show case its true beauty, every lamp is a piece of history”.
We’re very much looking forward to working with Lisa & Dan, everybody is welcome at our Studio to explore their work!
